Hearthstone is a free-to-play digital collectible card game set in the Warcraft universe. Originally subtitled Heroes of Warcraft, the game features turn-based one-on-one matches where players build 30-card decks and select heroes from eleven classes, each with unique abilities. Players spend mana crystals each turn to summon minions, cast spells, and use weapons with the goal of reducing their opponent's health to zero. The game includes multiple modes such as ranked competitive play, Arena drafting, Battlegrounds (an auto battler for eight players), and rotating Tavern Brawl challenges. New card sets are released as expansions every four months, with a Standard format that rotates older cards out of competitive play.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Online: Duel Evolution was a major update from "Yu-Gi-Oh! Online", that changed many aspects of the game. Between battles, players collect relics that provide permanent buffs and make strategic choices about which paths to take, which cards to add or remove, and how to spend limited resources. The game is widely credited with popularizing the roguelike deck-building genre.
