This Nintendo DS remake of Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals, originally for the Super Nintendo, introduces a distinct combat system. Departing from the turn-based RPG elements of its predecessor, this remake opts for real-time action. While maintaining a fundamental storyline akin to its SNES counterpart, the narrative deviates at specific junctures, resulting in a unique and altered storyline.

Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana is a Turn-Based RPG and with alchemy gameplay and story components. It is the 6th core Atelier game and the first game in the Iris series, being the first Ateleir game to be released internationally. The game follows the young alchemist Klein Kiesling, who is travelling to learn more about alchemy together with his friend, the Wood Mana, Popo. One day, he is saved from a monster by Lita Blanchimont, a young Galgazit, monster hunter. Lita eventually recruits him to become an Galgazit as well, and they start working together in the town of Kavoc. However, Klein is soon caught in many troubles, and eventually becomes involved in a quest of saving both the world and Lita.

An original roleplaying game for Nintendo GameCube from the team behind Xenosaga. The game makes heavy use of cards for everything from fighting battles to purchasing items. Cards are actually a central part of the story as well, as they are holders for "Magnus" which is short for "Magna Essence." Magnus is the true nature of all things throughout the world, including swords, magic spells and even apples that are gathered in the town in which your adventures start out. A real item can be turned into Magnus form and stored in a blank card. It can then be taken out from the card and will turn back into real form.
