Punch-Out!! is an enhanced port of the Wii game under the same name) released only in China for the Nvidia Shield console. It was part of a batch of Nintendo games released for the console in a collaboration of Nintendo and Nvidia, in 1080p and with gameplay adapted to work without the need of motion controls.
