Set in 2007. Lycoris, a cold-blooded assassin raised in the underworld organization "Spider Web," is ordered to eliminate her acquaintance, a police officer named Lai. Instead, she defies the order, kills the client—Lai's superior, Lau Kin-ming—and goes on the run from the organization. With Lai's help, she finds refuge with the triad syndicate "Red Flower Society." Arranged by their leader, Yang Kun, she flees to Thailand. But her past refuses to let her go.
