Sound Novel Tsukuuru is a Miscellaneous game, developed by Success and published by ASCII Entertainment, which was released in Japan in 1996. It is a Satellaview-compatible Slotted Cartridge game belonging to ASCII's Tsukūru series. The title of these games are portmanteau-word puns mixing the Japanese word tsukuru (作る), which means "make" or "create", with tsūru (ツール), the Japanese transcription of the English word "tool". As the title suggests, this title is a sound novel creation tool.

Sound Novel Tsukuuru 2 is a game creation toolkit that allows the user to create their own sound novel adventure games. It is part of ASCII's Tsukuuru series of such software packages, and a follow-up to the prior Super Famicom edition. It allows the player to write the text of their story, choose background and character graphics, then add music, sound effects, and visual effects from a large variety of premade assets.

The game's original story, involves Kazuma discovering a cursed ring that allows him to steal the underwear of others near him. He learns the only way to undo the curse would be through raising enough money. The game's "Underwear Judgment" system revolves the player controlling Kazuma in returning lost underwear to their rightful owners.
