In the chaos following the Emperor's death, Commander Iden Versio led the elite Inferno Squad to see that the rebellion was met with retribution. In the end, the inferno of the Imperial order was extinguished, giving way not to anarchy... but to peace. Peace that ended with the rise of the First Order. It's in this time of conflict, that Star Wars Battlefront II: Resurrection takes place, Iden Versio is contacted when the Corvus is found abandoned on Pillio. She returns in search of answers. Her search unveils a First Order conspiracy leading into the timeline of Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

It all starts with choosing a side. On December 5, you’ll have an opportunity to align with the First Order or choose to fight for the Resistance. Your choice is important, as it will allow you to take part in special challenges that will grant your faction specific rewards. Things kick into high gear on December 13. Your favorite stormtrooper-turned-hero Finn joins the fight for the Resistance and Captain Phasma steps on to the Battlefront for the First Order. They can be purchased with in-game Credits from that week. Whichever faction is victorious in completing the most challenges that week will net a reward as well: a special Crate of high-power upgrades for Finn or Captain Phasma. New locations and vehicles will also arrive. On December 13, the cinematic content from Star Wars: The Last Jedi continues with a new planetary map: Crait. The Starfighter Assault map of D'Qar will join as well, plus a new hero ship – Tallie Lintra's RZ-2 A-wing. Poe Dameron’s T-70 X-wing is also upgraded with a new ability inspired by Star Wars: The Last Jedi . Iden Versio returns. In Star Wars Battlefront II Resurrection, you’ll join Commander Iden Versio during the days of the First Order’s rise to power. These new chapters of Star Wars Battlefront II’s single-player story mode will be available December 13. Your choice of faction will continue to matter. Throughout December, you'll see your chosen faction's progress reflected in-game, as you fight alongside allies from around the world to swing the tide of battle.

It was developed by Pandemic Studios and LucasArts, and released on September 20, 2004 for Xbox (playable on Xbox 360), PlayStation 2, and PC, the same day as the release of the Star Wars Trilogy (DVD) set. Transformers: War for Cybertron is a third-person shooter video game based on the Transformers franchise. Set on the Transformers' home planet of Cybertron, prior to their arrival on Earth, the game depicts the deadly civil war between Autobots and Decepticons. Players may pick either faction, as each has its own separate campaign. The game was delisted at the end of 2017 and the online multiplayer servers were shutdown in April 2020.

Star Wars: Rebel Assault II - The Hidden Empire is the sequel to Star Wars: Rebel Assault. This time, however, the story is not related to the original movies. The story opens in the vicinity of the Dreighton Nebula, where Rookie One is investigating disappearances of Rebel spacecraft near Dreighton, a region rich with mythology about vanishing spacecraft. Rookie One responds to a distress call coming from a ship in the nebula. Once there, he discovers an Imperial presence. As the story progresses, it becomes clear that the Empire is somehow responsible for at least some of the more recent disappearances.

As Luke Skywalker and the Rebel Alliance struggle to defeat Darth Vader and the Empire, a new threat arises. Dark Prince Xizor aspires to take Darth Vader's place at the Emperor's side. As Dash Rendar, it's up to you to protect Luke and help the Alliance. May the Force be with you!
