Oh No! BJ is at it again! Will he ever learn? Better yet, will the princess? It seems like you can usually mark on the calendar when this is going to happen. Yes, once again BJ and his minions have managed to steal away the kingdom's most beloved princess and it's up to you to rescue her...again. It never fails. As par for the course, BJ will be sending out his followers to stop you from completing your task, but they can be defeated. The kingdom is filled with lots of magical stones that contain power or items that you can use along your way to help rescue the princess. Why BJ hasn't gotten rid of them by now is anyone's guess. So venture out and once again restore order to the kingdom! Save the Princess in this familiar platform game through 16 challenging scrolling levels! Collect Power-Ups and other items to help you complete your quest while avoiding, jumping, kicking, or whatever other method to get by the boss' minions along the way. Watch out as you finish the castle stages as the ruthless boss comes in to try to do you away. Succeed and the Princess will be forever grateful.
In the ancient ruins (province of Badajoz) lives Lala with her teacher. She is learning magic but still has a long way to go. “Tell me about the Sky Palace” – asks Lala, and her teacher tells her again about the three Power Gems hidden inside. “I’d love to see them”, but Lala’s teacher would say no… “It’s too dangerous, and powerful magic is required to traverse the palace”. But now the teacher has left for a few days and Lala is bored… “His Magic Wand should provide a power that’s strong enough to be able to cope with the perils hidden inside the Sky Palace. Problem is, the Wand is locked in a special vault, and the lock is also magical!” Not only she needs to find the key, but become stronger collecting eight magic potions. Let’s get busy! Help Lala get the Wand and travel to the Sky Palace to find the three Power Gems! Just because she’s bored!
NES Virus Cleaner is pretty much a spoof of the NES Cleaning Kit. That thing barely helped clean the NES, just as NES Virus Cleaner doesn’t do much for removing “viruses” from your NES. You guide Clik, the hero, around inside your NES and grab viruses in the various spots they are placed. The ultimate goal is to get to the lockout chip and destroy Virii, the main virus. The obstacles in the game are electric bolts, electric sparks, disappearing blocks, a homing missile system, and of course, time. If you run out of time on a certain level, the game is over. If you get hit by an enemy, you will respawn at the point where you picked up the last virus. It’s a pretty simple concept overall. I tried to cover everything in the tutorial, but I did in fact miss the part about respawning at the last picked up virus. Oh well, things happen!
