The Tamagotchi Connection is a virtual pet released by Bandai Namco Toys & Collectables on July 10, 2024. It is a relaunch of the Tamagotchi Connection line made to celebrate its 20th anniversary. It was first teased on April 25, 2024, before officially being revealed on May 13, 2024. The device contains a hybrid of features from both the Tamagotchi Connection Version 3 and the Keitai Kaitsuu Tamagotchi Plus.

Tamagotchi Connection: Corner Shop 2 features all new shops such as the Bowling Alley and Sushi Bar, as well as old favorites like the Flower Shop and Concert Hall.

Tamagotchi Connection: Corner Shop lets you assist your virtual pet in building a business. Ten different shops act as unique minigames in which you must control your Tamagotchi character and assist customers. Three different playable characters are available, all with different personalities. The game also features stylus support to let you take advantage of the touch-screen features of the DS. Also, the multiplayer mode lets players swap in-game items.
