The Settlers: Fourth Edition

The Settlers IV: The Trojans and the Elixir of Power is an official expansion for The Settlers IV. It continues the story of the original game. The add-on introduces some new units, for example: flying machines (Manacopters) and Catapultier (special unit). There are new missions for all of the nations, including the Trojans, and a settler campaign.

The Vikings discovered America - the new world. But instead of claiming it for their own, they announce a regatta: Whoever arrives first in the new world, can keep it. Neither the Romans, Trojans or Maya say no to the challenge and each race has their own reasons to get to the promised land as fast as they can.

The fourth add-on to The Settlers: IV features over 60 new single- and multiplayer maps as well as four new campaigns which were all created by members of the community. The campaigns were inspired by historical events and tell the following stories.

A set of new missions for The Settlers IV. Although Morbus, the leader of the Dark Tribe, has been finally defeated, his tribe is not completely eradicated. Some survivors still pose a threat and wreak destruction. We can enjoy three more campaigns offering over 50 missions in total. The players can assume the role of the leader of the Romans, Mayans or Vikings. Each nation has different tasks to perform: the Romans must defeat the Dark Tribe once and for all, the Mayans must stop the Roman offensive, and the Vikings must discover an ancient world. The included map editor is a special new feature in this expansion.
