Listening to your tenant's opinions is also important, and the game offers a quick way of viewing complaints and comments from your tenants in real time.

Lead designer, Yoot Saito, who also worked on SimTower, brings this game as a sequel to SimTower, adding several new features while retaining the same general interface and style.
