The original design of the never-before seen point and click adventure is being brought to life after 30+ years in the vault - Beyond Shadowgate! This new massive PC game is being created by the designers of the original 8-bit hit Shadowgate and a leading 8-bit adventure studio!

Shadowgate is one of the most well-known and beloved adventure titles in gaming history. It quickly endeared players with its fantastic atmospheric soundtrack, perilous locations to progress through, countless puzzles to solve, and more ways to gruesomely die than gamers previously thought possible. Thrust into the role of “The Seed of Prophecy”, players travel deep into the castle, in hopes of defeating the evil that dwells within – the dreaded Warlock Lord. This game is a re-imagining of the original Shadowgate, released for Mac in 1987 and later ported to the NES.

Ages have past since the vile Warlock Lord was banished to another dimension by the brave Lord Jair. The famous deed is now only spoken of as legend and myth. However, recent incidents have transpired in an attempt to resurrect the Ultimate Evil One. Caught up in a chain of events beyond his understanding or control, the Halfling Del must explore the ruins of the dilapidated Castle Shadowgate in order to unravel the mysteries set before him, and thwart the dark plans now in motion.

King's Quest VI: Heir Today, Gone Tomorrow is an adventure game set in the fictional Land of the Green Isles. Players control Prince Alexander as he navigates a series of diverse islands, each with unique themes inspired by various mythologies and literary works. The game begins with Alexander's shipwreck on the Isle of the Crown, where he discovers that Princess Cassima, whom he seeks, is being held captive by the scheming vizier Abdul Alhazred. To rescue Cassima and thwart the vizier's plans, Alexander must explore the kingdom, solve puzzles, and uncover secrets across multiple islands, including the Arabian Nights-themed Isle of the Crown, the Alice in Wonderland-inspired Isle of Wonder, and the mythological Isle of the Sacred Mountain. The game features a magic map for travel between islands and includes hidden areas that expand the narrative and gameplay possibilities.

Simon the Sorcerer is an adventure game that was released by Adventure Soft on 2 January 1993 for Amiga and DOS formats. The game's name comes from the account of Simon the Sorcerer in Acts 8. The game includes parodies of various popular books and fairy tales, including Rapunzel, The Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia, Jack and the Beanstalk and the Three Billy Goats Gruff.

The game is set in ancient Persia. While the sultan is fighting a war in a foreign land, his vizier Jaffar, a wizard, seizes power. Jaffar's only obstacle to the throne is the Sultan's daughter (although the game never specifically mentions how). Jaffar locks her in a tower and orders her, under threat of execution, to become his wife. The game's nameless protagonist, whom the Princess loves, is thrown into the palace dungeons. The player must lead the protagonist out of the dungeons and to the palace tower, defeating Jaffar and freeing the Princess in under 60 minutes. In addition to guards, various traps and dungeons, the protagonist is further hindered by his own doppelgänger, an apparition of his own self that is conjured out of a magic mirror.
