Spooky Sports Day comes around once a year and this time Casper is determined not to let Thatch steal all the glory. Casper and his friends have been training hard to make sure that this year the prizes are shared more fairly!

Casper Scare School -- Classroom Capers is based around the movie "Casper Scare School" featuring Casper the Friendly Ghost. Casper visits Scare School with a cast of spooky "children" that includes as Thatch the Vampire, Mantha the Zombie and Ra the Mummy. The game also includes a lot of the original music and speech from the film. The simple but innovative touchscreen gameplay is easy to pick up and is divided into 24 increasingly difficult lessons in Science, History and Gym that Casper must pass in order to get the grades necessary to graduate from Scare School and win the game.

Watch out for your uncles and tourists, though, because they will make your journey most difficult. Make Casper jump on umbrellas and trees to reach high places, while using his special ability to levitate to avoid pitfalls and water. You can also make him turn into a parachute to glide down to the surface and duck to avoid flying objects. Ghostly Spheres can be thrown to eliminate apparitions and pumpkin bombs.

The Game Boy Color game is a scaled-down version of the Saturn/3DO/PS game with the only puzzles and morph icons being the ones required to reach the ending and the sound and graphics are rendered for handheld.
