Defender of the Crown: Heroes Live Forever is a 2007 remake of the classic Risk-like strategy game set in Medieval England.

It is a time of great unrest in England. With King Richard the Lionheart held for ransom, the evil Prince John, seizes the throne, and declares himself the King of England. The entire nation soon falls into civil war as greedy nobles war amongst themselves and Prince John sends forth armies to shackle the country under his unjust rule. In this time of lawlessness, only an outlaw can lead the people to freedom. One man, the embodiment of true honor, vows to save his people and restore peace to the land. This man is known as Robin Hood. From the small-scale skirmishes with the Sheriff of Nottingham in Sherwood Forest, Robin finds himself drawn into the larger the battlefields of England, and the hero of the poor must become the savior of an entire nation.

Defender of the Crown II is the sequel to the smash hit Defender of the Crown. It improves over the game by upgrading the arcade sequences. Here, unlike the original game; sword fighting is about method and is not just wild clicking of the mouse button. The siege sequence is also enhanced with different types of ammo (such as Greek fire) to toss into the castle. The jousting is now easier to control and the lance no longer bounces around wildly.

A tactical strategy game set in feudal China, Dynasty Tactics is an offshoot of the Dynasty Warrior series. The game puts the player in the shoes of one of 3 military leaders. Through strategy, acquired military might, and diplomacy, the player must strive to conquer the game's 60 cities. Battles take place on a 3D grid, in a turn-based format.
