Final Fantasy XV: Assassin's Festival was a free downloadable content event for Final Fantasy XV in collaboration with Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed series. It ran between August 31, 2017–January 31, 2018. The event featured gameplay from the Assassin's Creed series (such as stealth and climbing segments), mini-games (such as chocobo racing and "whack-a-cactuar"), and a chance to obtain exclusive items, such as the "Medjay Assassin's Robes" attire for Noctis, Gladiolus, Ignis, and Prompto. If the player had the Dream Egg obtained from the Moogle Chocobo Carnival, the player could unlock the "Master Assassin's Robes" attire for Noctis.

With fast-paced battles and multiple endings, experience untold events from one of the most dramatic parts of FINAL FANTASY XV. Told from the perspective of Noctis’s ally Ignis, the city of Altissia lies in ruins and Ignis must face the Niflheim Empire to protect Noctis at all costs. Joining Ignis is Ravus, high commander of the Empire, who is determined to save his sister, Lunafreya.

Gladio, one of the three faithful comrades who accompany Noctis on his journey will become a playable character for the very first time in his own episode with a completely different type of gameplay and an all-new story. Picking up from the events from the group’s encounter with Ravus, Gladio leaves the group to train alongside Cor and become even more powerful. He sets on a path to face challenges by encountering larger than life monsters along the way.

This special edition of the game includes all previously released downloadable content, as well as new areas to explore and quests to conquer.

The Collector’s Edition includes Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail, the in-game bonus items, Dawntrail Special Art Box, Expertly Crafted Viper Figure, Adventurer’s Cloth Map, the Unending Journey and Adventurer’s Pen Case.

The expansion will bring an abundance of fresh content, including an increased level cap, multiple new jobs, sprawling new areas, new allied tribes, new dungeons, and new core battle content such as FATEs, Hunts, Treasure Hunts, and sidequests, and much more.

The Rising Tide is the second DLC for Final Fantasy XVI, which will bring new challenges, new locations and more, including the confrontation between Clive and the legendary Eikon, Leviathan.

A mobile MMORPG spin-off of Final Fantasy XV that will explore and add new areas. It is planned as an alternative version of the original game starting as Noctis begins his journey, allowing them to expand on or alter parts of the story. It is planned to release in China first, through the publisher Oriental Pearl, before being released globally. It is being developed by JSC and GAEA.
