This entry in the Ford Racing series sees the racing move onto the streets of Los Angeles, with a unique team racing experience included that puts the player in control of their own Ford Racing three-car team, allowing them to race and also issue commands to team mates to gain tactical and positional advantage. The game showcases 18 fully licensed Ford super cars, from the 1970 Mk1 Capri RS1600, through the Ford GT to the 2007 Shelby GT 500.

Ford Racing: Full Blown is a racing game released by Sega in 2006. The game is an arcade port of the 2005 console and PC title Ford Racing 3 (also developed by Razorworks but published by Empire Interactive) but with some adjustments made for arcade play.

The PlayStation Portable version was released on October 8, 2007. The PlayStation 3 version was released on October 22, 2007. The Microsoft Windows version was released on November 16, 2007. It is a sequel to the 2005 game Juiced. It was developed by Juice Games and published by THQ. It utilizes more advanced car modification methods in comparison to its predecessor. A demo for the Xbox 360 version was released on Xbox Live Marketplace on July 19, 2007. A second, multiplayer demo appeared on September 14, 2007. Ursula Mayes is on the cover of the game on all platforms. A Wii version was planned but it was cancelled.

Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli is a racing game developed by Eutechnyx and published by System 3, based on the Ferrari Challenge, a single-marque motorsport championship. The Nintendo DS version features wireless multiplayer and the Wii version uses the motion sensing functionality for steering. The Nintendo DS, Wii, PS2 and PS3 (only in Europe and the United States) versions are available. The game includes 14 race-able tracks and Ferraris' own Fiorano test track (for training using a solitary F430 Challenge), a vinyl editor and online play. The game primarily features the driving and racing of the Ferrari F430 Challenge, along with a series of Ferrari road and racing cars that can be unlocked.[1]

Need for Speed: Underground 2 is a street racing game and the first entry in the series to feature an open world environment. This game features many different races that may take place on the Wangan, or on the local mountain roads called Touge. There are two types of races that can take place on the Wangan: Destination Races - a simple point to point race, and Top Speed Battles - whoever can set the highest speed record in between the start and finish wins. The Touge also features two events: Grip Battles - point to point race going uphill or downhill through tight Hairpin Turns, and Drift Battles - whoever can accumulate the most points by the end of the run wins. Throughout the Wangan are several exits which can lead to hotspots - where Wangan races can be started, touges, Car Dealerships, tune shops, and Robo-Garages. These garages were featured in the movie The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.
