The classic sporting game series of Track and Field celebrates its' 25th Anniversary by coming to the Nintendo DS. All the excitement and fun of the original titles is brought up to date with a bright and stylish new look, more events and online play.
Game Boy Color release of Track & Field games is different to the console and computer version in a way that it does not use 3D graphics but instead uses sprites with 2D graphics with various gameplay perspectives, depending on one of the twelve available athletic games. Main two gameplay modes are Single Play and Versus Play.
The first in a series of Konami games bearing the ESPN license, ESPN International Track & Field brings the classic gameplay of their traditional Track & Field arcade series to the PS2 and Dreamcast.
