An enhanced release of "Lord Monarch" for PlayStation, adding a full story mode and voice acting. Lord Monarch was first released as a PC game in 1991 and became a hit not only in Japan but all over the world with its real-time simulation gameplay, an innovative game system ahead of its time. While the goal of this game is simply leading your nation and expand your territory as far as possible, players can at the same time enjoy the intricate tactic gameplay and an immersive story that unfolds along with the introduction of different characters. There are 100 stages in total and together with different game modes and systems, it is hard to get tired of the endless fun offered by this title!

The Super Famicom version of Lord Monarch additional themes in addition to the medieval Europe theme. There is a futuristic theme with robots, a fast food theme with French fries and soft drinks attacking health food, a Three Kingdoms era theme, and a fairy-tale theme. The game is automatically paused until someone presses the Start button, so there is unlimited time for making alliances in the Super Famicom version—until the start button is pressed. The Super Famicom version of Lord Monarch was one of the few games to support the Super Famicom mouse. A later version of the game was broadcast exclusively for Japanese markets via the Super Famicom's Satellaview subunit under the name BS Lord Monarch and was view-limited.

An overhead fantasy ARPG that uses a similar bump-attack style to the Ys games. Some unique features include a day/night cycle, some side-on action sequences and the ability to level up your weapons and armour.

Dragon Slayer Gaiden: Nemuri no Oukan is a spin-off from Dragon Slayer series, developed by Agenda and published by Epoch for the Game Boy platform. The game was only released in Japan. Gameplay differs somewhat from the original Dragon Slayer in that there are now outdoors areas, as well as npcs that send you on specific quests. Combat is still real-time, but a new attack button brings the game closer to other action-rpgs like Zelda.

Lord Monarch is a real-time strategy war game by Nihon Falcom. The game is considered to be the seventh installment in the Dragon Slayer series. It was originally released in 1991 for the NEC PC-9801, and was later ported with enhanced theme swapping in 1992 to the Super Famicom, and then in 1994 to the Sega Mega Drive as "Lord Monarch: Tokoton Sentou Densetsu". During 1997, Lord Monarch was remade for Windows as "Lord Monarch Online" and released for free in both Japanese, and for the first time, English.

Dragon Slayer Chronicle is a compilation of twelve games from the Dragon Slayer series released for the PC by D4 Enterprise on June 15, 2012 in Japan. The game-concept is similar to "Age of Empires", which is a real-time strategy game. ParaWorld features food, wood, and stone as resources. Battles can occur on both land and sea. The story takes place in a parallel dimension, where prehistoric life thrives alongside diverse human civilizations that are not technologically advanced. As a result, dinosaurs take the place of traditional wildlife and livestock, though some of the dinosaurs in-game are highly stylized and not necessarily scientifically accurate. Wild-living dinosaurs can be hunted for food, though some are of dangerous and aggressive species and will attack any player unit that wanders too close. Other prehistoric creatures make an appearance as well, for example woolly mammoths are used where other games might feature elephants. Players advance through epochs in order to unlock new technologies and upgrades.
