Momoko 1200%

This platform game features Momoko, a young Japanese girl who ages by several years each time the player reaches the next level. The goal for each level is to quickly climb several floors by escalator, ladder, or trampoline in the building she is in before the fire that is below her reaches her. These level settings start out from grade school settings to office type buildings. While jumping over obstacles, she must shoot various alien-like enemies that come after her on each floor. She can upgrade her weapon by destroying certain enemies as well as entering special hidden doorways which feature minigames which require you to jump obstacles. These doorways can also be used as a short-cut, and sometimes they are mandatory to be used in order to climb to the next floor. When Momoko reaches the top floor of a level, she must jump onto a small blimp flying above her to beat the level. Momoko begins as a four-year-old and ages through five levels. The final level is a bonus chance in which she is a twenty-year-old bride collecting items - the game concludes with her getting married, thus giving birth to a new Momoko and starting the cycle anew.

The main character is Momoko, a 12-year-old girl who falls in love with the Martian prince "The Greatest Fire Dancer". Use light-hearted action to tear and throw the Martians who have come to invade Earth! Tear and throw! Aim for the exit somewhere in the field! Clear the stage by entering the exit or defeating a certain number of enemies! As the game progresses, Momoko will grow into a "15-year-old (high school student)" or "18-year-old (working adult)". Depending on how you behave in the game, the schools and occupations you can go to, and even the special moves you can use will change. What kind of appearance will your Momoko show you? Pay attention to the Mars Prince's preferred type. The closer you get to the type, the more heated the final battle will be, and the greater the bonus score upon clearing. This is a remake of the side-scrolling shooter "Momoko 120%," which first appeared in arcades in 1985. Players move through stages such as schools while defeating enemies and clear the stage when they reach the exit or defeat a set number of enemies. Depending on how they clear the stage, the schools and jobs they can go on to change. Physical growth also changes in various ways.
