Pokémon Battle Revolution features three main modes of play: Colosseum Battle Mode, DS Battle Mode, and Wi-Fi Battle Mode. In Colosseum Battle Mode, your goal is to battle your way through a series of Colosseums, each with its own set of rules and challenges. In DS Battle Mode, two to four players can get together to watch their Pokémon battle on the big screen while using their Nintendo DS systems as controllers. To participate in this mode, each player will need his or her own Nintendo DS and copy of Pokémon Diamond or Pokémon Pearl. Things get really interesting in Wi-Fi Battle Mode, which allows you to battle your friends over Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection using Friend Codes. You can also square off against Trainers from around the world using Pokémon Battle Revolution's Wi-Fi Rank system, which pits you against Trainers that have skill levels similar to your own.

Pokemon XD is a sequel to the role-playing game Pokémon Colosseum. You'll play as Michael, a Pokémon trainer who is trying to thwart the evil Cipher. Cipher plans to control the world by using the powerful, but unpredictable, shadow Pokémon. Now you must fight back by collecting your own shadow Pokémon and beating Cipher's goons in battle. Pokémon XD also lets you import Pokémon from Game Boy Advance Pokémon games and participate in head-to-head battles with other players.

Starring a brand new leading character, Pokemon, Colosseum offers a story mode that pits you against tough trainers who routinely catch damaged Pokemon. In this adventure, you'll be transferred from Naranja Academy to its sister school, Blueberry Academy. Unlike Naranja Academy, with its long and rich history, this school was only recently established and has a focus on teaching Pokémon battles. What's unique about Blueberry Academy is that a large part of it is actually in the sea! Attend lessons, mingle with the local students and experience a new school life that's anything but ordinary. - You need to have completed the ending of Pokémon Scarlet and Part 1: The Teal Mask to access the main story of Part 2: The Indigo Disk.

While Pokémon Stadium 2 does have a storyline, progress in the game can be made by winning Cups in the Stadium and completing the Gym Leader Castle. When all Cups have been won and the Gym Leader Castle completed, the player's Rival will appear. Defeating the Rival will unlock Round 2, in which the player must re-challenge the Stadium, Gym Leader Castle, and the Rival in order to complete the game. But, they have different Pokémon and the difficulty is much higher. Stadium: The player begins by choosing 6 different Pokémon. There are 250 different Pokémon to choose from; including some legendary Pokémon. Pokémon tournaments take place in the Stadium. There are four Cups to participate in. Each round consists of eight battles, and every Cup except the Little and Prime Cup consists of four rounds, named after Poké Balls, that must be cleared to win that Cup.

Pokémon Gold, along with Pokémon Silver, are the sequels to Pokémon Red and Blue. They offer 100 new Pokémon to capture and train, 8 more Gyms to take on and a new Pokémon League challenge. Pokémon White Version 2 and Pokémon Black Version 2 are the second and final paired versions of Generation V and are the sequels of Pokémon Black and White, respectively. Pokémon Conquest is a strategy game set in the Ransei region. You play as a Warlord of the Primus Kingdom, one of the 17 Kingdoms in the Ransei region. You are charged with the task of battling against a wide variety of powerful opponents, including the mighty Nobunaga, whose goal is to destroy the Ransei region!The 17 Kingdoms of the Ransei region possess a variety of Armies competing for control. The 17 Kingdoms are also deeply linked to a specific Pokémon type. Primus Kingdom, for example, has a strong connection with Normal-type Pokémon!

Wii Party features 13 different game modes divided amongst three categories: Party Games, House Party Games, and Pair Games. Most of the game modes integrate use of Wii Party's 80 mini-games. The game also offers additional modes that make exclusive use of the mini-games.
