Lois Lane has been kidnapped, and only the Man of Steel can save her! Agents from the lava-scarred planet Apokolips have come to Metropolis to humiliate Superman before the entire world, right in his own hometown. Enlisting the aid of local mob kingpin Bruno Mannheim, leader of the notorious Intergang, wicked emissary Kanto supplies the gang with out-of-this-world weaponry possessing the power to bring down Superman. While Superman is busy bringing the thugs of Intergang to justice, the beastlike Kalibak seizes the opportunity to abduct Lois and spirit her away to a remote, clandestine location. In the meantime, bad bundle of energy Livewire has busted out of Strykers Island Prison, and she is out for vengeance against the man who put her there--Superman. There is no rest for the Last Son of Krypton as the Countdown to Apokolips begins!

Based on the Superman Animated Series, you play as Superman saving citizens in Metropolis and battling villains like Lex Luthor, Metallo, Livewire, Parasite and Darkseid. It uses cel-shaded graphics and voice-actors from the tv series.

Spider-Man: Web of Shadows is a video game title encompassing three versions: a full-3D action game for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360; a 2.5D sidescrolling beat em up action game for the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2 (called Amazing Allies Edition), and a 2.5D side-scrolling brawler/platformer for the Nintendo DS. Spider-Man: Web of Shadows, along with most other games published by Activision that had used the Marvel licence, was de-listed and removed from all digital storefronts on January 1, 2014.

Superman Returns is a video game based on the movie of the same name, It was developed by EA Tiburon and published by Electronic Arts in conjunction with Warner Bros. Justice League: Injustice for All is a 2002 video game developed by Saffire and published by Midway Games for the Game Boy Advance. The game is based on the Justice League animated television series and showcases the League's seven members within the context of a side-scrolling beat 'em up with platforming elements. The plot centres on the League's efforts to avert global catastrophe carried out by Lex Luthor's Injustice Gang.

Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin is a video game produced by Sega of America and developed by Technopop initially on the Mega Drive/Genesis. It was ported internally by Sega of America for the Master System and Game Gear consoles, the latter being published by Acclaim Entertainment through its Flying Edge division. An updated version was also released for the Sega CD under the name of The Amazing Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin. All versions of the video game are side-scrolling platform games, whereby the player controls superhero Spider-Man to battle various supervillains (Doctor Octopus, Sandman, The Lizard, Hobgoblin, Vulture, Mysterio, Electro, and Venom) to obtain the keys needed to disarm a nuclear bomb that the Kingpin has not only framed Spider-Man for stealing but plans to detonate within twenty-four hours. In the middle of the game, Spider-Man's wife Mary Jane Watson is also kidnapped by Venom.

Spider-Man 3 is an action-adventure video game played from a third-person perspective, featuring an open-world rendition of Manhattan as its setting.
