Combat uses a free-flowing style with counterattacks and gadgets, and a Web-Rush mechanic lets players plan movement and strikes. A Hero and Menace reputation system rewards responding to crimes and penalizes ignoring them, which affects how the city and its enforcers treat Spider-Man.
