Virtua Tennis is a tennis game in which it is possible to control one of eight licensed players and uncover the secret stars. As well as the traditional arcade mode, you can play in the exhibition mode, with four-player action via doubles play. Virtua Tennis 2 (known as Tennis 2K2 in North America) is a tennis video game in which players compete to reach the world No. 1 ranking. It features 16 internationally ranked male and female players and supports singles, doubles, and mixed doubles matches with up to four participants. The game includes Tournament, Exhibition, and World Tour modes, offering structured competitions and progression systems. Matches focus on core tennis mechanics such as serving, volleys, lobs, and smashes.

Developed exclusively for Nintendo GameCube by Nintendo and Left Field, NBA Courtside 2002 taps into the power of Nintendo GameCube to deliver authentic NBA action that makes those other games look like they're stuck in the era of the two-handed jump shot. Virtua Tennis 3 (Sega Professional Tennis: Power Smash 3 in Japan) is the second arcade game sequel to Sega's tennis game franchise, Virtua Tennis. The arcade version of Virtua Tennis 3 is powered by the PC-based Sega Lindbergh arcade system board. Ports for the PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3 consoles are also available with a traditional collection of tennis minigames that the home versions of Virtua Tennis are known for. In 2009, Sega updated and re-created Virtua Tennis 3 in Virtua Tennis 2009.

FIFA 99 features an elite league called the "European Dream League" in which 20 top teams from across Europe battle it out in a league format. It was also the first game to feature a block containing teams which did not pertain to any of the main leagues (back then, it was known as "Rest of Europe" since all teams were European, the vast majority of them featured either in the 1998-99 season of the UEFA Cup or Champions League). Graphically, it is a major improvement over FIFA '98, with the inclusion of basic facial animations and different players' heights as well as certain other cosmetic features such as improved kits and emblems, although they are unlicensed. Gamers may also create their own custom cups and leagues and select the teams they wish to participate.

NBA Live 2004 is the 2004 installment of the NBA Live video games series. The cover features Vince Carter as a member of the Toronto Raptors and in Spain copies of NBA Live 2004, it features Raul Lopez. The game was developed by EA Sports and released in 2003. The game is similar graphically to NCAA March Madness 2004 and has the same create-a-player models.

NASCAR 99, the arcade-style racing game from EA and Stormfront Studios. In addition to 2-player simultaneous racing the game featured 37 officially licensed cars and 17 tracks, as well as the voices of Bob Jenkins and Benny Parsons commentary. Using the Andretti Racing engine, NASCAR 99 was EAs first entry into NASCAR racing for the Nintendo 64 and and Playstation.
