Up to four players, represented by Miis, compete against each other in a three, six or nine round trivia contest. The 3000 trivia questions cover a wide range of subjects, ranging from geography and general knowledge to pop culture, with a number of region specific questions. Players are given timed multiple choice answers, with players selecting their answers on their screen with the Wii Remote, with the fastest lock-ins with the correct answer resulting in bigger prize money. Players can also take their chances for greater rewards by spinning a wheel with both good and bad outcomes after each round. At the end of the last round, the two highest scoring players are pitted against each other in the Final Duel to determine the winner. In the Final Duel, the two finalists are asked questions, each one worth one point. Points are awarded for correct answers. If both contestants answer the same question correctly, the point is awarded to whichever player locked in with the correct answer the fastest. The first contestant to win five points is declared the winner, and half of the runner-up's money is added to the amount the winner had before the Final Duel. In addition to the main game, a shorter quiz called "Quiz Attack" is also available for solo players.

Buzz!: The Music Quiz is the first in the Buzz! series of video games created by Sleepydog and Relentless Software and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe's XDev for the PlayStation 2. Family Feud: Decades, also known as Family Feud: 2011 Edition, is a trivia game based on the TV game show Family Feud. The game is set across four different decades: the 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s decades. Each decade is represented by a different stage set, which is based on the TV set of that era. Family Quiz 4-nin wa Rival (ファミリークイズ 4人はライバル? lit. Family Quiz 4 Man Rivalry) is a Japanese trivia game devloped by Athena for the Famicom, and published in Japan in November of 1988. This game was Athena's first console release. With a focus on family play, the game allows for four players to compete simultaneously. The goal is to beat the other opponents in four mini-games, each requiring that the player answer some Japanese trivia questions in order to proceed. The four mini-games are based on a game show, a board-game, the game of Othello, and a memory match game. In the game show, the only version that allows for just one player, answering questions correctly raises that player's podium towards a balloon. The other versions require at least two players, and turns may only be taken after players have answered a trivia question correctly.

Jeopardy! Deluxe Edition is an updated version of it's Jeopardy! predecessor which features over 3,500 different new questions along with the standard features of Jeopardy such as Daily Doubles, a digitized likeness of the host, Alex Trebek and even the theme music. Like it's previous version, the player uses the buttons to buzz in and using the d-pad to highlight letters and spelling out their answers. The player can also play against two friends or play against the computer A.I. instead.
