The story features Sam-I-Am, who repeatedly asks the questions based on an object, e.g. “Would you Could you on a boat?”. This leads to his grumpy friend saying “I do not like Green Eggs an Ham”. Mean City is an interactive adventure game in which the player has 10 hours to save Harry, a television reporter you meet in the beginning of the game. Mean City is being terrorized by an evildoer, the Jinx, and you have to find out why and stop him by interacting with various characters - in english of course. The game consists of various grammar and vocabulary related puzzles which are accompanied by real actors and video sequences which advance the story.
