If the murderer is successful, he/she is allowed to leave the island, while everyone else is killed. When a murder occurs, the player investigates. After the investigations, a trial commences to determine who the culprit is.

BLACKSAD: Under the Skin - A dark corruption scandal in the heart of the New York City's underworld for charismatic detective John Blacksad! Based on the noir comic series by the same name. The game features a noir detective story about a PI by the name of Blacksad that gets dragged into the case of a murdered boxing club. The game feature an interactive system much reminiscent of Grim Fandango where you have direct control of the character and only things that catch his gaze is interactable.
