SoulCalibur VI represents the latest entry in the premier weapons-based, head-to-head fighting series and continues the epic struggle of warriors searching for the legendary Soul Swords. Taking place in the 16th century, revisit the events of the original SoulCalibur to uncover hidden truths.

Soulcalibur: Lost Swords was a free-to-play fighting game distributed through PlayStation Network. The game is based on Soulcalibur V and uses the same weapon-based fighting system from previous games; however, several of the gameplay mechanics are altered, simplified or otherwise removed. Similar to other free-to-play titles like Tekken Revolution, microtransactions are offered, some of which remove the playtime limit of the game. The game is also periodically updated with new content, including new events, items, and characters.

Tekken 8 is a 3D fighting game and the eighth main installment in the Tekken series, notable for being the first entry to debut on home consoles rather than in arcades. Built on Unreal Engine 5, the game introduces the "Heat" system, which rewards aggressive play by granting enhanced moves and chip damage while in an activated state, and replaces the prior "Screw" mechanic with "Tornado" hits. The game features crossplay across PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S. Additional modes include Arcade Quest, an online lobby with customizable avatars and tournament play, and a cinematic story mode. It is the final Tekken game involving longtime series director Katsuhiro Harada before his departure from Bandai Namco.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes is the fifth Marvel Comics-licensed fighting game by Capcom and the third game in the Marvel vs. Capcom series. Mortal Kombat: Armageddon brags a roster of 62 characters and sees the return of classic ones from the original Mortal Kombat, such as Reptile, Shang Tsung and Goro. The enhanced Konquest mode (story/adventure mode) improves over the preceding versions, but has a shorter length. There are now 64 arenas (including revamped versions of classic environments) which each have their own tweaks, such as the ridiculous amount of stage fatalities (fatalities are a fancy way of killing your opponent, including classic techniques such as the "spine-rip" or "arm-break").
