The NBA Live series of basketball video games, published by EA Sports, is currently one of the leading National Basketball Association simulations on the market. Starting from NBA Live 2000, the series featured NBA Live Legend All-Stars Teams, that included some biggest names from five decades (50s to 90s). These teams could be used instantly, but to use the players as regular players (e.g. traded, played on regular NBA Teams) they needed to be unlocked. Along the series, some of the rosters were changed due to many reasons as Michael Jordan was on the 90's team through 2004.

NBA 2K3 is a basketball video game released on October 7, 2002 for the Nintendo GameCube, October 8, 2002 for the PlayStation 2, and October 9, 2002 for the Xbox. Pro Evolution Soccer 2 (known as World Soccer: Winning Eleven 6 in Japan and World Soccer: Winning Eleven 6 International in North America) is the second instalment of Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer football video game series. The Japanese version was succeeded by the updated World Soccer: Winning Eleven 6 Final Evolution. It was the last game of the series released in Europe for PlayStation and the only game released for the Nintendo Gamecube, though it was the Final Evolution update and in Japan only.

As the player improves, he can captain his own street football team and eventually become an international. The best players have special moves often named after their nickname. Legends of football such as Abedi Pele, Eric Cantona and Paul Gascoigne are unlockable during the game. The game has its own in-game radio station, presented by Zane Lowe of BBC Radio 1 and featuring music by artists such as Roots Manuva, Sway, Pendulum, The Editors and The Subways.

The game was developed by EA Sports and released on October 29, 2001 for the PlayStation 2, October 30, 2001 for the PlayStation and November 18, 2001 for the Xbox.
