The Evatchi, also known as the Multipurpose Egg Shaped Decisive Weapon Evatchi is a licensed Tamagotchi Nano model based on the anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion. Special Governmental Agency NERV has developed the technology to apply retroversion on Angels, forcing them into their embryonic state to be raised in egg-shaped containers filled with L.C.L. The egg-shaped armored containers are built to restrain Angel from its rampage and allow people to carry them outside of the organization’s laboratory. The Japanese animé series known as Gundam Wing is the basis for Gundam Battle Assault, a 2D one-on-one fighting game for the PlayStation. This robotic brawler pits Gundam against Gundam using a traditional side-view fighting engine. Gundam Assault Survive is the fifth game in the Gundam Battle series. Unlike its predecessors, it expands beyond the Universal Century and into Gundam series from alternate universes. Mobile Suit Gundam F91, Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and the first season of Mobile Suit Gundam 00 all become part of the campaign, while Mobile Suit Victory Gundam contributes MS. The plot of the game picks up where The Legacy of Goku left off, and continues until the end of the Cell Games Saga when Gohan defeats the evil android Cell. The game introduced several new concepts to the series. The first was transformations, which allowed characters to become temporarily stronger, at the cost of slowly draining their energy. It also introduced the scouter, which allowed players to look up the stats of other characters in the game, as well as basic information about them. The game also introduced charged melee attacks, which allowed characters to unleash a powerful physical strike after a short charging period. The game also allowed characters to further supplement their stats with capsules that were scattered around the game world. Despite being titled "The Legacy of Goku" this game featured the most limited play as the character Goku. Due to the game's success, a second version was released titled Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II International exclusive to Japan on July 23, 2004. In this version all characters were given new profile images and their names were reverted to their original Japanese. Gundam Seed: Battle Assault, a great new action game, is the first Gundam game to become available on the Game Boy Advance. Gundam Seed is the next big thing to hit the world of Gundam. Based on the anime aired in Japan in 2003 and in the US on Cartoon Network TV in 2004, the game features 12 playable mobile suits from the show. Also included are seven gameplay modes including a two-player VS mode that allows gamers to link up to four Game Boy Advance systems using a Game Boy Advance Game Link Cable (sold separately) for head to head action. To make the game accessible to wide audience, the game includes a difficulty level for all players: choose automatic or manual mode, and then adjust armor, HP and energy gauges to maximize the challenge.
