Neverland is a lush, green world told of in ancient traditions. Spectral Tower II is the second game in the RPG series released by Idea Factory for the PlayStation One console, the game begins with an intro in which the adventurer arrive to a town and after that he will meet another adventurer that will take him to the ruins of the evil tower that is located in the desert. The gameplay is in third person perspective using an overview view meanwhile the player is exploring the different floors of each tower, and also a third person perspective for the battle parts.
An enormous tower stretched high up into its sky, said to contain "Infinite Power" and "Eternal Life" within its walls. In times past, a great deal of travelers and adventurers went to the tower in search of those "powers buried within," yet not one of them was able to solve the mystery. It was a time of legends that have begun to fade from tradition--with young trees growing in abundance. One young traveler from a faraway land pressed forth on his journey to the tower. Little did he know this journey would have a profound effect on the fate of the world.

Suikoden is a Japanese-style role-playing game with several unusual additions. There are three kinds of combat in the game, the most common one being the traditional turn-based party combat (players can have up to six people in their active party). Magic runes can be equipped on the player's characters which allow limited usage of offensive and healing spells. There are also a few army battles, where the player must control whole units of fighters, archers, magicians, etc., and one-on-one fights (duels).

The main character gets involved in a series of conflicts between gangs, classes, factions and worlds. He/she has to use the power of summons to solve those problems while trying to return to his or her own homeworld.

Summon Night 2 is a Japanese tactical RPG and the second entry in the Summon Night series. The story follows a young Summoner apprentice of the Blue faction, who has to go on a journey to be recognized as a full-fledged summoner. It’s during this journey that a war between the Old Kingdom and the Saint Kingdom that would be the start to unveil the truth behind an ancient weapon and the demon's conspiracies. The gameplay is for the most part unchanged from the first game.

In their journeys they will face different kind of enemies and could talk to different characters and they can change their equipment in the shops. The game uses a first person perspective in the adventure part and a third person perspective in the battle part. The battle part is the classic turn based rpg style. The game features a high degree of freedom since the character can get married and have children and each time that the game is played the circunstances can changed so there are a lot of different endings.

Players take the role of a wizard's apprentice who's aspiring to become a mage and players are given 3 girls to choose from (Lime, Berry or Nut). To become a mage, players must study how they can make scrolls and collect the ingredients necessary to make them. The game features a first person perspective while players are at home and switches to a top-down 2D view when they go outside (The Saturn and Playstation releases render areas in 3D). There are 102 days in a year in this game and 5 seasons during which different materials can be found on the island. The game has 70 kinds of scrolls and around 150 kinds of materials to collect.

Meru Purana is a mix between an strategy game and a RPG where the player controls a group of characters. The player will have to decide the components of each battle group, and the possible actions and choices of commands in battle.

Kuroi Hitomi no Noah: Cielgris Fantasm plays mostly like traditional Japanese-style RPGs such as Breath of Fire: the protagonist travels on the map and interacts with various people, and in her travels, also encounters monsters that she must fight. The encounters are typical turn-based battles in which the player assigns actions to be performed by the party members. However, Noah has the ability to befriend monsters and can recruit them when they have been weakened. They can then be summoned in battle to fight alongside the party members. At the end of battle, the participating members and monsters gain experience points to increase their level.
