Lunatic Dawn Odyssey is a RPG in which the player controls a group of adventures that begina quest, they will go through different towns and other places. In their journeys they will face different kind of enemies and could talk to different characters and they can change their equipment in the shops. The game uses a first person perspective in the adventure part and a third person perspective in the battle part. The battle part is the classic turn based rpg style. The game features a high degree of freedom since the character can get married and have children and each time that the game is played the circunstances can changed so there are a lot of different endings.

Spectral Tower II is the second game in the RPG series released by Idea Factory for the PlayStation One console, the game begins with an intro in which the adventurer arrive to a town and after that he will meet another adventurer that will take him to the ruins of the evil tower that is located in the desert. Kuroi Hitomi no Noah: Cielgris Fantasm plays mostly like traditional Japanese-style RPGs such as Breath of Fire: the protagonist travels on the map and interacts with various people, and in her travels, also encounters monsters that she must fight. The encounters are typical turn-based battles in which the player assigns actions to be performed by the party members. However, Noah has the ability to befriend monsters and can recruit them when they have been weakened. They can then be summoned in battle to fight alongside the party members. At the end of battle, the participating members and monsters gain experience points to increase their level.

The game starts when the plane ship (Neorude) suffers a fire accident and crashes in a snow mountain cave. The gameplay is the same as the first 2 games in the series, a point a click adventure game with objects to use and a rpg battle system controlled for the pointer too, the player can control the speed of the combat to make the proper decisions.
