Star Control: Origins is a science fiction action-adventure game that combines planetary exploration, diplomacy with alien races, and one-on-one ship-to-ship space battles. Players captain a starship, sending a lander to survey planets, gather resources, and examine artifacts, then spending those resources on new technologies, weapons, upgrades, and ships from other races. The top-down Fleet Battles pit two vessels against each other and can be played against the AI or in multiplayer. It is considered part of the Star Control series but takes place in a separate universe from the original games.

Do you have what it takes to lead them through bloody battles and to victory? The game consists of a strategic worldmap and a tactical combat layer. On the worldmap you can freely travel in order to take contracts that earn you good coin, find places worth looting, enemies worth pursuing or towns to resupply and hire men at. This is also where you manage, level up and equip your Battle Brothers. Once you engage a hostile party the game will switch to a tactical map where the actual fighting takes place as detailed turn based combat.

GreedFall is a single-player action RPG set in a fictional world inspired by 17th-century Baroque Europe. Players take the role of a diplomat arriving on a remote island inhabited by natives with supernatural abilities, now contested by colonial factions from various nations. The game emphasizes player choice, offering combat, diplomacy, and stealth approaches to quests, with decisions affecting relationships between the island's competing factions. A prequel, GreedFall 2: The Dying World, was released in 2026.
