Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is the final game in the series of Harry Potter movie adaptations. It closely follows the plot of the movie of the same name. The game is a single-player third person shooter, with magic spells substituting weapons. The game resembles its predecessor in most aspects, but the stealth sections from the previous game are omitted. The cover system has been tweaked. In different levels the player controls various characters from Harry Potter movies including Hermione Granger, Neville Longbottom, Professor McGonagall and others.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 is an adaption of the movie of the same name. The player takes the role of Harry Potter on his quest to find the Horcruxes, the source of the villain's immortality. The gameplay is similar to Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, as it is an action video game, not a video game of making potions, playing Quidditch or exploring Hogwarts. There is no RPG iteration of the game, unlike with previous titles.

In the years before meeting Shrek & Donkey in Shrek 2, Puss in Boots must clear his name from all charges against him that has made him a wanted fugitive. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is the first Harry Potter video game for the PlayStation, and one of several different games based on the book and movie. This version is a three-dimensional action adventure, where Harry must complete a number of challenges in order to pass his first year of studies at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Successful completion of the tasks often results in house points for Harry's house Gryffindor and failure in some deducts points, so the race for the House Cup can stay open until the end.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is the fifth installment of the popular Harry Potter series. The Golden Compass is an action-adventure/puzzle game played from a third-person perspective. It was released prior to the film by the same name and features a slightly different sequence of events towards the end of the story, as well as additional footage at the end of the game not seen in the film.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is the sequel to Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone for PC and Mac. As its prequel, five different versions of this game were released for different gaming platforms. In this version, you control Harry in an action-adventure platforming gameplay. The most significant difference from the previous game is that gameplay is less linear, with Hogwarts becoming more of an open world. You can Interact with familiar characters from the movie like Ron, Hermione and of course Gilderoy Lockhart. Additionally, there are multiple mini-games and side quests.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is the fourth title in the Harry Potter franchise. It has a unique feel and gameplay with elements not present in any other game of the franchise, including a camera of a 3D environment that is not player-controlled and a system in which previous levels can be played again at will. Due to higher-quality graphics in comparison to previous Harry Potter video games, characters more closely resemble their movie counterparts. It was also the first Harry Potter game to feature a multiplayer mode.

The player controls both Harry as well as his friends Ron and Hermione, while casting spells, solving puzzles and fighting enemies. When not engaged in a specific mission, the castle of Hogwarts can be freely explored. Scattered all around Hogwarts, usually in hidden areas, are Every Flavour Beans, Pumpkin Pasties and Cauldron Cakes, which function as a sort of currency. They can be traded for Collectors Cards, passwords for portraits that lead to more secret areas, and power-ups.
