Mario Sports Superstars is a multi‑sport compilation featuring five arcade‑style sports (soccer, baseball, tennis, golf, and horse racing), each with accessible controls and quick matches. Players pick from familiar Mario characters, compete in tournaments or single events, and enjoy local or online multiplayer alongside single‑player challenge modes.
The games include volleyball, hockey (both field and ice), dodgeball, and basketball in the vein of the two companies' earlier collaboration, Mario Hoops 3 on 3. There are power-up items which give advantages to the team that attains them. Each game has an Exhibition mode, in which up to four human players compete in individual matches, and Tournament mode, where up to three players play matches in a tournament structure, with modes of difficulty named Mushroom, Flower and Star. Mario Sports Mix also includes several party games based on the mechanics of each sport. Smash Skate is based on Hockey, Bob-omb Dodge is based on Dodgeball, Feed Petey is based on Basketball, and Harmony Hustle is based on Volleyball.
Dribble Skillz is an online Flash game originally published on the official Mario Hoops 3-on-3 website. It was also listed and playable in the Nintendo Arcade, a section on nintendo.com, among other promotional web games.

Like its predecessor, Stakes Winner 2 is a 2D horse racing game. Choosing from one of the game's selection of horses, players must compete in a series of races on different tracks to earn money and prestige. Each horse that players can select is rated according to speed, stamina, and burst. Players control their horses with the joystick and three buttons. Pressing the A button repeatedly keeps the horse accelerated with a slight drain of the stamina bar, while pressing the B button applies the rider crop to the horse. This results in a slight burst of speed at the cost of draining the horse's stamina bar faster.
This Game is 2-Player Only. In this version of soccer, each player controls 4 men, though only one at a time. The computer moves the other 3 for you. Sensible Soccer is a football video game series which was highly popular in the early 1990s and which still retains a cult following. Developed by Sensible Software and first released for Amiga in 1992, it featured a zoomed-out bird's-eye view, editable national, club and custom teams and gameplay utilising a relatively simple and user-friendly control scheme. One of the defining gameplay elements was the aftertouch feature, which enabled effective but unrealistic swerves. The game topped charts such as Amiga Power's "All Time Top 100". The graphic style of the game was used in other Sensible Software games, such as Mega-Lo-Mania, Cannon Fodder and Sensible Golf.
