It was a rainy, gloomy morning, the kind you find comfort in for it reminds you of a simpler time. A time long ago when there were no responsibilities on a day like today. No outside work to be done, tranquil in its own way. Spark, walking to work as he usually does. A normal, boring life, but a good life full of great promise. A wonderful future on the horizon. A portal opens up and pulls him into a space of chaos, disarray. There is no gravity; up is down, down is up. Through the wind, dust, and debris, he sees a wavering light, a beacon. He feels a sense of calm as he reaches. As the light comes into focus he notices it's not just a light, but a being. A guide of sorts, who presents himself only as Ivan. Ivan, in a similar situation, from another place far from the other side of this nameless void. A lush, lavish world, full of life and vegetation. A paradise, not seen in Spark's world for a millennia. As the two meet, another portal opens up, a way out, an escape. They make their way through to this new dimension, but a blinding force teleports them to a new place entirely. They both see familiar parts from their own worlds. Could it be? Ivan's once beautiful landscape, collided with Spark's modern cityscape? Both of them are no longer whole. Spark looks upon his new form, shattered from what was once. And Ivan, a mere shell of his former self. His own life-force, the Fyre inside, cast upon Spark, together they harness the SparkFyre. Spark, with his newfound power, an ability to project energy from his finger-tips, and a strength he's never known. And Ivan, losing everything he had except his natural ability to fly, looks upon this messy landscape with a need to purge the filth. It appears the two must work together and make their way through this new world in search of the very thing that brought them together, so they may find their homes and once again be whole. And so the epic journey begins.
