Players raise Maomao, a young apothecary, and solve stage-based incidents within the imperial palace and pleasure district by combining apothecary knowledge with item compounding. The game features the original Medical Office facility system, over thirty-five characters from the source series with exclusive newly drawn illustrations, and full multilingual support across Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese and Korean.
