The Yakutsu Noroi Game is a Japan-only PlayStation horror visual novel game that is sequel to Yuujou Dangi. The protagonists visit an abandoned school at midnight to dig out a time capsule they buried when they were in elementary school. The trip turns out unexpected.
"Yaku - Yuujou Dangi is a first person perspective adventure game in which the player controls a young kid and his friend (a young girl) that decide to enter a mysterious mansion one night, and as soon as they arrive there they become separated and start to go around the mansion and strange things and horrible creatures appears. The player controls both characters at the beginning of the game (and the adventure of each character will advance in a way or another depending of the player choices) the boy is the first option to choose in the main menu of the adventure and the girl the second option.

Akagawa Jirou: Majo-tachi no Nemuri ("Jirou Akagawa's The Sleep of Witches") is a visual novel adventure game with a supernatural murder mystery theme. As with Chunsoft's Sound Novel series, it features a series of static photographs with Japanese text overlaid on top. The narrative is supported by background ambient music and sound effects. The story was written by Japanese thriller author Jirou Akagawa, based on his novels Majo-tachi no Tasogare and Majo-tachi no Nagai Nemuri. It concerns an office worker who is prompted to look into the apparent suicide of a girl from his childhood after receiving a weird phone call asking for help and a vivid dream about her. He returns to the mysterious mountain shrine where she was reported to have burned to death. The game was originally released for the Super Famicom in 1995 and later saw enhanced ports for the Sony PlayStation in 1999 (with the subtitle Fukkatsusai, or "Easter") and Windows PCs in 2001 (with the subtitle Kanzenban, or "Perfect Edition").
Echo Night 2: Nemuri no Shihaisha is a first person adventure. Like the first game, Echo Night 2 is played from a first-person perspective, but unlike most other first-person games there is no use of firearms in the game. When confronted by a ghost the player must turn on the lights in the room by means of a light switch. The player is often transported into the past via the passengers or certain objects. Once the player fulfills a task important to a spirit they will vanish and drop an "Astral Piece" which can be used to get a different ending scene.
Wipeout is a racing game that is set in 2052, where players compete in the F3600 anti-gravity racing league. The game allows the player to pilot one of a selection of craft in races on several different tracks. There are four racing teams to choose from, and two ships for each team. Each ship has its distinct characteristics of acceleration, top speed, mass, and turning radius. By piloting their craft over power-up pads found on the tracks, the player can pick up various weapons and power-ups such as shields, turbo boosts, mines, shock waves, rockets, or missiles. The power-ups allow the player to either protect their craft or disrupt the competitors' craft.
Simple 1500 Series Vol. 31 - The Sound Novel is a first person adventure game in which the player starts the game driving with his girl in a car in a lonely highway, where they are stopped by a policeman that tells them about the strange place that they are in. The gameplay is the classic is a sound novel game, the game tells the story and in some places the place can decide which way he wants to continue it, depending of the player answers the game ending will be different, since the game features multiple endings.

Maboroshi Tsukiyo is a visual novel adventure game that originated on Dreamcast and was ported to PlayStation platform half a year later. The game features fullscreen presentation with dialogue and description text displayed over dimmed background rather than utilizing dialogue windows. The story progresses one day at the time and takes place between June and September. The protagonists whose name can be entered by the player or left the default one, is a high-school student who one day meets Ayame, a ghost girl, who starts living with him. Ayame cannot do much in her ghost form, but she can possess someone else's body. Suddenly, our protagonist's peaceful life turns to mystery and adventure filled one. Based on player's actions as well as events in the past intertwined with present story, the game will branch in a certain direction and lead to one of several different endings.
Zoku Mikagura Shoujo Tanteidan~Kanketsu Hen~ is an adventure game that lets players enter into the mystic Taisho and early Showa periods and find out the truth behind each case. This adventure game is also adapted from Akagawa Jirou's classic mystery novel Yasoukyoku and this sequel contains three separate detective stories. The stage is set in a Library, a mansion hidden in a small town where a collection of books related to death are stored.
